Central Bank of Russia: Restrictions on the use of non-custodial cryptocurrency wallets do not apply to international settlements

According to TASS, the First Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Russia, Vladimir Chistyukhin, stated that the restrictions on the use of non-custodial wallets in the proposed cryptocurrency legislation do not apply to international settlements, and such scenarios still allow the use of non-custodial wallets.
