Peskov: The trilateral negotiations between Russia, the United States, and Ukraine will start in November

The press secretary of the President of Russia, Dmitry Peskov, stated that in the first half of November, Russia, the United States, and Ukraine will hold negotiations in Abu Dhabi regarding security guarantees for Russia and Ukraine. Currently, a trilateral format is being discussed, but future European participation is not ruled out.
