Hyperliquid Policy Council: has submitted a comment letter to the U.S. SEC, proposing 5 core adjustment recommendations

The Hyperliquid Policy Council (HPC) stated that it has submitted a comment letter to the U.S. SEC in support of its proposed Regulation Crypto Assets and suggested 5 adjustments to the final rules to further clarify the regulatory boundaries regarding token issuance, airdrops, secondary market trading, and safe harbors.
