Strive increased its holdings by 4,045 BTC last week, bringing the total holdings to 36,818 BTC

According to the 8-K document submitted by Strive to the SEC, Strive purchased 4,045 bitcoins at an average price of approximately $82,803 from October 12 to 16, 2026. This includes 2,822 bitcoins purchased from October 12 to 13, which were announced on October 14, and 1,223 bitcoins purchased from October 14 to 16 at an average price of approximately $81,734.

As of October 16, Strive holds a total of 36,818 bitcoins, along with 505,000 shares of Strategy STRC preferred stock (with a fair value of approximately $49.35 million) and about $317.5 million in cash.
