According to Bloomberg, citing informed sources, Nscale, an AI data center developer supported by Nvidia, initially sought an IPO valuation of about $30 billion, but some investors recently advocated for a valuation between $16 billion and $19 billion to attract buyers.
Nscale is addressing comments from the U.S. SEC regarding its listing application documents and plans to initiate a roadshow after resolving these issues. Relevant discussions are still ongoing, and no final decision has been made. Previously, Microsoft withdrew from its collaboration with Nscale on a data center project in the UK due to project delays caused by limited power supply.
