Pan Shuimiao, director and president of YTO Express (600233.SH), has been appointed as chairman. Founder Pan Tianhong remains the legal representative, manager, and director, holding 51.77% of the shares, making him the largest shareholder; Pan Shuimiao holds 25.65% of the shares, making him the second-largest shareholder.
