According to Bloomberg, the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office successfully dismantled a transnational cryptocurrency scam network centered in Eastern Europe, which had long targeted U.S. users and stolen tens of millions of dollars.
This operation shut down 241 websites related to cryptocurrency fraud and seized 112 servers hosted by companies in Eastern Europe and the United States.
