Oct 13, 2026 16:25:43

Bank of America strategists warn that the debt financing boom for AI infrastructure is driving up borrowing costs for developing countries. Amazon and Google's parent company Alphabet Inc. have issued about $70 billion in debt, while the international bond issuance by emerging market sovereign borrowers has halved to $45 billion.
