Morgan Stanley: The tokenized RWA market size will reach 3-10 trillion dollars in the 2030s

According to The Block, Morgan Stanley's Digital Assets Strategy Chief Amy Oldenburg stated that by 2030, the market size for tokenized real-world assets (RWA) will reach between $3 trillion and $10 trillion, a prediction that is "undoubtedly" accurate.

She pointed out that the growth momentum within the industry is mutually reinforcing, with current institutional investors' attention and enthusiasm for participation in related fields continuing to rise, leading to a noticeable FOMO (fear of missing out) sentiment in the institutional market.

Previously, Morgan Stanley anticipated that it would begin supporting tokenized stock trading on its Alternative Trading System (ATS) in the first quarter of 2027, which is a delay from the previously announced plan for the second half of 2026.
