Nasdaq hits a new high, Novavax rises 20%

Nvidia rose 2%, Novavax Pharmaceuticals increased by 20%, Qualcomm fell 2%, and SpaceX rose over 7%. The Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index closed up 1.7%, with Alibaba rising 4%.
