Willy Woo: About 8% of countries have established policies for purchasing or holding Bitcoin

Bitcoin analyst Willy Woo stated on platform X that approximately 5% of the global population holds Bitcoin, while about 8% of countries have established policies for purchasing or holding Bitcoin.

In a follow-up response, he added that around 12% of countries actually hold Bitcoin and distinguished between actual holdings and the proactive establishment of policies for purchasing and holding.
