The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission has included FNXAI token and 1FNXAI token in the list of suspicious investment products related to digital tokens. The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission stated that the related products claim that investors can automate trading of U.S. stocks and a range of financial instruments through an AI-driven trading platform to generate stable returns, and involve staking arrangements related to virtual assets.
