U.S. judge dismisses LIBRA and M3M3 class action lawsuit, RICO charges not established

U.S. District Judge Jennifer Rochon ruled to dismiss the class action lawsuit against LIBRA and M3M3 tokens, with "prejudice," meaning the plaintiffs cannot bring the same claims again.

The judge found that the plaintiffs' reliance on a six-month issuance of Meme coins was insufficient to support the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) allegations; at the same time, the plaintiffs had consistently failed to list Meteora as a suable entity.
