The Smarter Web Company, a Bitcoin treasury company in the UK, has received shareholder approval to launch the UK's first Bitcoin-backed preferred stock MORE. Additionally, the company expects to raise between $20 million and $33 million through an IPO to acquire more Bitcoin and cash-generating operational businesses.
