Stablecoin issuer Agora has received preliminary conditional approval from the OCC to establish a national trust bank

Stablecoin issuer Agora posted on X that it has received preliminary conditional approval from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) to establish a national trust bank.

Agora stated that this is an early milestone on its path toward a full license and regulated stablecoin infrastructure.
