Avalanche: Aave will launch a dedicated RWA lending market

Avalanche announced on the X platform that Aave will launch a dedicated RWA lending market on Avalanche. This RWA Hub will allow institutions to borrow stablecoins using tokenized financial assets as collateral, without having to sell their underlying positions.

Tether's USAT will serve as the core of this market, providing the primary source of dollar liquidity and becoming one of its first major institutional use cases. Aave V4 has been live on Avalanche for just two months and has already attracted over $20 million in deposits. The RWA Hub extends this infrastructure to the tokenized financial market, enabling assets to be financed, collateralized, and utilized on-chain.
