According to StockTitan, Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin ATM operator Bitcoin Depot has acquired the peer-to-peer social prediction platform Kutt, expanding the company's product line from Bitcoin ATMs to the rapidly growing consumer fintech sector.

After the acquisition, Kutt will retain its brand and leadership position, providing services in most states across the United States.
