ETHZilla has officially changed its name to Forum Markets and plans to change its stock code to "FRMM"

According to PR Newswire, Ethereum treasury company ETHZilla announced its official rebranding to Forum Markets and plans to trade under the new stock ticker "FRMM" starting March 2.

Subsequently, ETHZilla will transform into an institutional-grade real-world asset (RWA) tokenization platform, focusing on tokenized high-quality assets with stable cash flows. Future business models include income during asset holding periods, product issuance fees, asset management fees, and potential secondary market trading revenue.
