The crypto wallet Rainbow releases the subscription details for the RNBW token

The crypto wallet Rainbow has released the subscription details for the RNBW token launch on Uniswap via the CCA mechanism. The pre-subscription will open on February 2 at 23:00 Beijing time and will last until February 3 at 23:00, simultaneously starting the CAA mechanism auction, which will end on February 5 at 23:00.

A single clearing price is set for each block. When the clearing price ≤ the user's highest bid, the order is executed. The starting price is $0.1 per token, with a fully diluted market cap of $100 million and an implied market cap of approximately $19 million. The total sale volume under the CCA mechanism is 5 million tokens (accounting for 0.5% of the supply), with payment made in USDC.

After the event ends, CCA participants can claim RNBW tokens from Uniswap, and RNBW airdrop rewards can be claimed via the mobile application. Non-U.S. CoinList participants will receive tokens directly, and the tokens will subsequently be available for trading on Base and centralized exchanges.
