According to on-chain data, the address vitalik.eth has just transferred 1009 ETH, and then sent 1006 ETH to the privacy protocol Railgun.
Previously, Vitalik has transferred funds to the privacy protocol Railgun multiple times, some of which were used for donations and some for purchasing Ethereum ecosystem tokens.
