Argentina intensifies investigation into Libra token fraud case and freezes related assets

The Argentine Federal Court has ordered the freezing of assets belonging to U.S. promoter Hayden Davis and two intermediaries, related to the Libra token fraud case. This case has resulted in losses of approximately $250 million for over 40,000 investors. The court instructed the National Securities Commission to notify all virtual asset service providers to execute the freezing order to prevent the transfer of the funds involved.
