Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin mining company Bitfarms announced that it has completed the issuance of convertible preferred notes maturing in 2031, with a total principal amount of $588 million. After deducting discounts and commissions for initial purchasers and estimated issuance costs, the net fundraising amount is approximately $568 million, which is intended to advance its high-performance computing/artificial intelligence infrastructure development in North America.
