SharpLink Gaming raised $76.5 million, issuing shares at a 12% premium

ChainCatcher news, according to the official announcement, SharpLink Gaming (NASDAQ: $SBET) announced the issuance of shares at a price of $17 per share (a 12% premium over the market), successfully raising $76.5 million.

The company also innovatively launched a 90-day premium purchase contract, aiming to raise approximately $79 million at a price of $17.5 per share (a 19% premium), which is a first in the DAT ecosystem. SharpLink stated that the funds raised will be directly used to enhance the value of each ETH share, continuing to drive the momentum of $SBET and ETH accumulation.
