UXLINK: Plans to initiate a vote for affected users to unlock a portion of tokens in advance due to a hacking incident

ChainCatcher message, UXLINK announced a proposal vote to be launched on Snapshot, which includes: 1. Unlocking a portion of tokens in advance for users affected by the hack; 2. Compensating affected users using all recovered funds (from exchanges), the litigation team, and part of the Treasury funds.
