Eric Trump, son of Donald Trump, is no longer serving as a director of ALT5 Sigma

according to Cointelegraph, ALT5 Sigma has adjusted Eric Trump's position from proposed director to board observer after communicating with Nasdaq. A previous announcement in August stated that he would join the board as part of the personnel arrangement related to the treasury transaction with World Liberty Financial (WLFI).
