UK-listed company Satsuma Technology appoints Kraken's Global Policy Chief as a non-executive director

ChainCatcher news, according to NLNico, the UK-listed company Satsuma Technology has appointed Kraken's Global Head of Policy and Government Relations, Jonathan Jachym, as a non-executive director on the company's board. Jachym has a rich background in law and policy, having held senior positions at institutions such as the London Stock Exchange Group and CME Group. His expertise in regulation and cryptocurrency policy will assist Satsuma in expanding its Bitcoin treasury strategy, further enhancing the company's position in the decentralized finance sector.

Previous report, Satsuma completed a $136 million financing to accelerate its Bitcoin accumulation strategy.
