according to Businesswire, Belgravia Hartford Capital announced the completion of a $5 million convertible bond financing with Round 13 Digital Asset Fund.
Belgravia Hartford Capital stated that it will use the entire $5 million to increase its Bitcoin holdings (currently 40.77 coins), and a separate announcement will be made after the purchase is completed.
