The listed company BTCS announced the acquisition of an additional 22,935 ETH and has raised an additional $10 million to continue increasing its ETH holdings

BTCS Inc. (NASDAQ: BTCS), a company focused on blockchain technology, announced today that based on an Ethereum (ETH) price of $3,600, its holdings of 55,788 ETH, cash, and other liquid assets have a total market value of approximately $242.2 million. The Ethereum holdings have increased by 22,935 from the last announcement (32,853 ETH), bringing the total holdings to 55,788 ETH, an increase of 69.8%.

In addition, the company has agreed to issue $10 million in convertible bonds as part of a $56 million financing arrangement previously reached with ATW Partners LLC.
