ZachXBT: Circle has still not frozen the 9 million USDC stolen from GMX

ChainCatcher news, on-chain detective ZachXBT criticized Circle for inaction against hacking activities. After a $40 million hack on the GMX V1 platform, the stolen funds remained on the blockchain for 1-2 hours, and Circle still has not frozen over 9 million USDC, which has been bridged from Arbitrum to the Ethereum network via the CCTP.
