Blocksquare has reached a $1 billion tokenization partnership for U.S. real estate with Vera Capital

Vera Capital will leverage Blocksquare's white-label technology to launch a dedicated digital marketplace, providing institutional-grade tokenized ownership of U.S. real estate for global investors. The first tokenized project is a $5.4 million commercial property in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with an annual return of 5%.
