Data: ORCA deployment address transfers 9.62 million dollars worth of tokens to Wintermute, either for market making or selling

ChainCatcher news, according to on-chain analyst @ai_9684xtpa's monitoring, the ORCA deployment address transferred tokens worth $9.62 million to the market maker Wintermute one hour ago, possibly for market making or selling.

As of now, Wintermute has deposited some ORCA into exchanges such as Coinbase, Binance, Kucoin, and Kraken, and its on-chain address still holds 2.2 million ORCA, worth approximately $7.5 million.

Since Wintermute first deposited tokens to the exchange at 22:18, the price of ORCA has dropped by about 7%, from $3.642 to $3.39. Wintermute had interacted with ORCA as early as December 2024, and this does not seem to be its first time providing market making services for the project.
