According to reports, GOAT Gaming is developed by the gaming platform Mighty Bear Games on Telegram, providing competitive and casual games with real cash rewards. The platform is powered by AlphaGOATs, which are autonomous AI agents that can compete, earn money, and grow. Its AlphaAI toolkit enables third-party developers to seamlessly publish, monetize, and scale games.

According to RootData, in July 2022, the game studio Mighty Bear Games completed a $10 million financing round, led by Framework Ventures.
