Roam releases "2025 Roadmap," with updates on six major products

ChainCatcher news, DePIN project Roam released the "2025 Roadmap," which includes updates on six major products, including WiFi hardware devices. Roam Loan and Roam Discovery will complete product launches in Q1 2025, and product upgrades for existing Roam Growth will be completed in Q2. In the second half of the year, the Roam APP will complete the iteration of the new version 2.0, while Roam will launch the Innovator Hub to encourage developers to participate in ecosystem co-construction.

On the technical side, Roam will focus on the Proof of Presence protocol next year, achieving real-time verification of local interactions with the Roam network. Roam DAO will also be launched in the second half of next year. By the end of next year, Roam will complete the full integration of WiFi and cellular data networks.

It is reported that the number of Roam global WiFi nodes has exceeded 1 million, with over 1.72 million users. Since December 3, Roam has consistently maintained the first place in the DePINscan hardware node count leaderboard.
