Nostra proposes to migrate NSTR liquidity from Ethereum to Starknet

According to ChainCatcher news, the lending protocol Nostra Finance has initiated a governance proposal on Snapshot, suggesting to migrate the liquidity of NSTR from the Uniswap v3 pool on the Ethereum mainnet to the NSTR/USDC Nostra pool on Starknet, in order to improve the liquidity of NSTR on Starknet.
