Vivian Liu is Founder of Lucen Blockchain Accelerator and Partner of PreAngel Fund in US, responsible for accelerator management, portfolio and ecosystem development. Previously she was Marketing Manager at Silicon Valley Association of Chinese Entrepreneurs. She studied at Peking University, San Francisco State University and University of Southern California.
