Andrea Chang is a partner at NGC. In the web3 world, she is interested in infrastructure, DeFi, and metaverse projects. Tony Gu
Tony Gu is the founding partner of NGC Ventures. Previously, he was a partner at Longstand Capital (a PE fund in China) and Rhodium Capital (a Buyout Fund in Singapore). Tony has over 10 years of experience investing in the Education, Technology, Financial Services, and Health Care industries. He has focused on North Asian countries and large cross-border buyout deals, where strategic integration and effective market entry were essential for deal success. Tony has completed deals totaling more than $1 billion USD so far.
Wayne Zhu
Wayne Zhu is a Founding Partner of NGC Ventures. He has extensive experience investing in cryptocurrency and emerging technologies, as well as traditional financial markets. Previously, he was a Senior Equity Research Analyst at Guotai Junan Securities, one of the largest investment banks in China, covering the TMT sector. Prior to that, he was a Manager at a state-backed venture capital fund.
Kay Fong
Kay is a seasoned blockchain expert who holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering. He first bought Bitcoin in 2013, while he was still in high school, and dabbled in mining CPU altcoins, but got rekt in 2015. In 2019, Kay returned to the blockchain industry as an intern at Binance. During DeFi Summer, he was a core community member of the YFII community. Kay has led investments in EthSign, Scroll, Dora Factory, and more for NGC. He actively shares his thoughts and outputs on Twitter and enjoys on-chain degening.

Zihao Chen
Zihao Chen is a Partner at NGC Ventures. He previously worked at Ctrip as a Technical Product Manager, and then joined IBM GBS as a Technology Consultant. He has been involved in numerous technology consulting projects such as IT governance, insurance core design & construction, and cutting-edge tech strategy planning including blockchain (Hyperledger) technology in CPIC/PICC/AIG. He is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect and IBM Certified Software Architect. Additionally, he manages NGC's staking and validating service – NGC StakeX, securing networks such as NYM, Algorand, Skale, Avalanche, etc. Before joining NGC, Zihao had invested in dozens of Initial Coin Offerings (ICO), including Zilliqa, Bluzelle, Switcheo, etc. He graduated from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) with a BSc in EE&CS, and then obtained a MSc in Computer Science from University of Bristol.
