Zihao Chen is a Partner at NGC Ventures. He previously worked at Ctrip as a Technical Product Manager, and then joined IBM GBS as a Technology Consultant. He has been involved in numerous technology consulting projects such as IT governance, insurance core design & construction, and cutting-edge tech strategy planning including blockchain (Hyperledger) technology in CPIC/PICC/AIG. He is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect and IBM Certified Software Architect. Additionally, he manages NGC's staking and validating service – NGC StakeX, securing networks such as NYM, Algorand, Skale, Avalanche, etc. Before joining NGC, Zihao had invested in dozens of Initial Coin Offerings (ICO), including Zilliqa, Bluzelle, Switcheo, etc. He graduated from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) with a BSc in EE&CS, and then obtained a MSc in Computer Science from University of Bristol.

Shane Molidor
Shane Molidor was CEO of Business Development at AscendEX, former Global Head of FBG One, which is the client-facing trading division of FBG Capital. FBG One operates an over-the-counter (“OTC”) desk to service clients seeking to trade large quantities of crypto assets, as well as a designated market making program to support token projects following issuance. FBG One trades upwards of $1B per month, and the team consists of over 20 professionals across trading, IT, and business development. Prior to joining FBG One, Mr. Molidor worked in business development at Gemini Trust Company, LLC: a fully regulated New York-based cryptocurrency exchange and custodian founded by Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss. Mr. Molidor has worked alongside premiere trading institutions, token projects, and regulators in the cryptocurrency ecosystem since 2015. His experience has equipped him with an intimate understanding of exchange infrastructure, custody solutions, evolving regulation, and marketplace dynamics. Mr. Molidor holds a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and also attended The London School of Economics where he studied Economics.

Kay Fong
Kay is a seasoned blockchain expert who holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering. He first bought Bitcoin in 2013, while he was still in high school, and dabbled in mining CPU altcoins, but got rekt in 2015. In 2019, Kay returned to the blockchain industry as an intern at Binance. During DeFi Summer, he was a core community member of the YFII community. Kay has led investments in EthSign, Scroll, Dora Factory, and more for NGC. He actively shares his thoughts and outputs on Twitter and enjoys on-chain degening.
