In March 2018, they also obtained the Oxford Fintech Programme certification from the University of Oxford Saïd Business School.

Jocelyn Chang

Jocelyn Chang is the former APAC Growth Lead at MakerDAO. Jocelyn started her career at HSBC as a banker. She also co-founded a social networking app in Singapore. As part of her entrepreneurial journey, she also led the role to pioneer the implementation of a public warning system in Singapore with MHA. Her mantra is to embrace new technologies that make the world a better place.
