Yarco Hayduk
Yarco Hayduk is the Partner at Pragma Ventures . Formerly Senior Blockchain Engineer at Covalent, Blockchain Researcher at Hex Capital. Yarco has in-depth understanding of innovative technologies and trends in the cryptocurrency space. His academic experience includes working as a post-doc at the University of British Columbia, Canada, in the area of Distributed Systems and Scalable Data Processing. He completed his PhD program at the University of Neuchatel, Switzerland, which focused on Distributed Systems, Concurrency and Transactional Memory. During his PhD studies, Yarco published research papers in the area of concurrent processing of book orders, and has deep understanding of exchange matching engines.

Brandon Rochon
Brandon Rochon is the former chief data scientist at Covalent. Driven by simple curiosity, he is focused on pushing out useful insights and improving data accessibility across DeFi. His background is mechanical engineering and finance, having previously worked as a field engineer on industrial construction projects in northern Canada until switching gears into academic research on the topics of entrepreneurship and FinTech.

After completing her Bachelor of Commerce at the University of British Columbia, Steph co-founded a medical device company in Vancouver, Canada. Following a move to the Bay Area, she spent time as an early employee at HealthTap and Ginger.io, two venture-backed health technology companies. In 2014, Steph joined Human API as a Co-Founder and helped scale the organization in a variety of operational roles.
