Ethan Jackson is the Co-Founder and Machine Learning Scientist at ChainML. Previously, he was a Machine Learning Scientist at Vector Institute, where he served as the AI technical lead for projects in privacy-enhancing techniques, time series forecasting, and large-scale mobility data modeling. He was also a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Guelph, focusing on applied machine learning for economic forecasting, and a Data Scientist at Preteckt, building ML models for predictive maintenance in transportation. Ethan holds a PhD in Machine Learning from Western University, with a focus on reinforcement learning.

Ron Bodkin
Ron Bodkin is the Founder & CEO of ChainML. He was previously the VP of AI Engineering and CIO at Vector Institute, where he applied AI to industry, health and safety, and provided computing infrastructure and engineering for AI research. He was also the Leader for Applied AI collaborative innovation, working with strategic customers and Google AI research and engineering teams. Ron is the Founder and CEO of Think Big Analytics, an enterprise AI and engineering software and services company, which was acquired by Teradata. After the acquisition, Ron led Think Big's global expansion and created an AI product group at Teradata. He was also the VP of Engineering at Quantcast, where he led AI and engineering teams for the real-time advertising and audience insights business. Additionally, Ron is the Co-Founder and CTO of C-Bridge Internet Solutions, which had a successful IPO.
Michael Sanders
Michael Sanders is the Chief Storyteller and Co-Founder of Horizon Blockchain Games. He is an investor and advisor in various industries, including blockchain, clean energy, education, real estate, precious stones, music, and dance. He is also the author of the best-selling book, Ayahuasca: An Executive's Enlightenment. Michael is passionate about storytelling, exploration, athletics, and movement. He practices sound nutrition, regular introspection, daily meditation, and play. Arnaud Flament is the CTO at ChainML. He used to be the Vice President of Engineering at Ripcord, where he led engineering and machine learning teams to build a highly scalable platform supporting digitization, content management and document understanding. He was also a Senior Director of Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence at Teradata, where he led the software engineering team to incubate AI technology. Additionally, he was the Director and Principal Engineer at EMC/Captiva/OpenText, leading the software engineering team to build an intelligent document extraction platform. Before that, he was a Senior Engineer at CapGemini, where he was the technical lead of the software engineering team, building a platform to compute aircraft performance for Airbus.
