Dmitry Gusakov is the Head of Engineering at Lido Finance, leading the Lido Staking engineering team. Previously, he was Tech Lead for Web3 and Staking Modules at Lido Finance, driving staking module development; and Tech Lead for Internal DeFi Tooling & QA. Earlier, he served as QA Automation Lead at Arenadata, QA Software Engineering Lead at Tele2, and Software & QA Engineer at MegaFon. He holds a PhD in Mathematics and Computer Science from Southern Federal University.
