David Cai is the co-founder and managing partner of Proxima and was the co-founder and general manager of Kronos Ventures. Previously, David spent more than 15 years in private equity and investment banking at companies such as Lone Star Funds, Lazard, and Perella Weinberg Partners. He studied finance and accounting at NYU Stern School of Business. In his free time, he enjoys playing poker and video games.
