B. Salman Banaei is the General Counsel of Plume, leading legal, policy, and compliance strategy. Previously, he served as Head of Policy and Assistant General Counsel at Uniswap Labs, Co-Head of Public Policy at Chainalysis, and Executive Director at IHS Markit, as well as senior roles at the U.S. SEC and CFTC. He holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia, a J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and an M.Sc. from the Colorado School of Mines.
