Alexander Leishman is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Technology Officer at River Financial. He brings his expertise in software engineering, information security, and Bitcoin to River, where he is responsible for investor relations, corporate strategy, and engineering. Prior to co-founding River Financial, Alexander worked on the investment and engineering teams at Polychain Capital and Polychain Labs, focusing on Bitcoin-related venture investments. He has also served as an engineer at Airbnb's security team, a management consultant for Deloitte, and was an early engineer at Maicoin, Taiwan's largest digital asset exchange. Julia Duzon
Julia Duzon is the Chief Operating Officer at River Financial. She brings her extensive experience in product strategy and business operations in banking to River, where she oversees business development, operations, marketing, and sales. Before joining River, Julia was the Senior Director of Sales, Strategy, and Business Operations at First Republic Bank. She also worked as a Strategy and Operations Consultant at Deloitte, providing U.S. banking clients with services related to bank strategy, operations, and risk management. Ms. Duzon holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Duke University.
Chase Lochmiller
Chase is an avid tech enthusiast passionate about enabling new technologies such as AI and blockchain to positively impact people's lives. Before founding Crusoe, Chase was a General Partner at Polychain Capital, a $1Bn fund investing in blockchain technologies, digital assets, and energy-intensive computing applications. Chase was formerly a quantitative researcher and trader at Jump Trading and GETCO, where he developed and managed a portfolio of algorithmic trading strategies. Chase holds undergraduate degrees in mathematics and physics from MIT and a master's degree in computer science from Stanford, where he specialized in artificial intelligence. As a personal interest, Chase has climbed five of the "seven summits" including Mount Everest.

Gary has over six years of experience in blockchain technology and is currently focusing on scaling, DID, and liquidity solutions. Theo Diamandis
Theo is pursuing an Electrical Engineering and Computer Science PhD at MIT, where he works on algorithms for and applications of mathematical optimization. These interests inevitably led to him being nerd sniped by Guillermo into working on crypto. When he’s not working on optimization solvers for DeFi-related applications, Theo can be found backpacking or skiing in the California Sierras.

Krish Chelikavada is the Co-Founder and CEO of 0xPass, a Venture Capital Fellow of DECODE, a Course Assistant at Stanford University, a Graduate Research Assistant at Stanford, a Product Manager at Microsoft, and a Software Engineer at Oracle.
