Changxin Memory Technologies Co., Ltd. is an integrated dynamic random access memory (DRAM) manufacturer headquartered in Hefei, Anhui Province, China, specializing in the design, research and development, production, and sales of DRAM chips. Founded in 2016, formerly known as Hefei Ruili Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd., it is currently the only integrated component manufacturer in mainland China with the capability for large-scale mass production of general-purpose DRAM.
