Details

zkLayer is a future-proof Type 2 zkEVM to supercharge Bitcoin with EVM superpowers. zkLayer aims to disrupt the current status quo of Bitcoin L2s through the use of bleeding-edge Bitcoin cryptography, featuring a trustless and permissionless bridge powered by CatVM to enable seamless transfer of BTC and Bitcoin Native Assets. It introduces an universal interoperable standardization format for Fungible (i.e. BRC20, Runes) and Non-Fungible Tokens (i.e. Ordinal Inscriptions), enabling programmability and seamless use across different EVM-based Bitcoin L2s.
