About Tribute Labs
Tribute Labs (formerly OpenLaw) is a blockchain infrastructure project for DAOs, focused on modular DAO frameworks and compliance tooling. Its Tribute DAO framework addresses problems such as lack of modularity in existing DAO contracts, rigid governance mechanisms, high on-chain voting costs, single-token structures that cannot split economic and governance rights, and limited NFT support. A core contract plus adapters/extensions lets DAOs be assembled, upgraded, and reused like Lego blocks. The official docs are based on the OpenLaw stack and connect on-chain governance with legal agreements. In practice, Tribute Labs operates and supports multiple investment-oriented DAO communities, and launched ADIN (Autonomous Deal Infrastructure Network), which uses a multi-agent AI system to automate due diligence, financial statement analysis, and market intelligence retrieval, connecting global investors to compress traditional VC decision cycles.
In the past six months (March to September 2026), publicly available information is limited; no major version release or new business launch was observed. Main activity continues around operating ADIN and the existing DAO ecosystem. For more accurate updates, check the official website, Twitter, or docs.
In the past six months, Tribute Labs' key progress centered on AI-native autonomous organizations and investment networks. In March, covered its ADIN (Autonomous Deal Infrastructure Network): five specialized AI agents independently analyze projects from network effects, technological breakthrough, market dominance, unit economics, and undervaluation, then vote—compressing weeks of due diligence into minutes, dubbed a "Moneyball moment" for venture capital. states ADIN is live and expanding. In April–May, Tribute Labs co-hosted a multi-agent hackathon with betaworks, unveiling "Intent Space", a shared layer where agents observe published intentions and autonomously pick up tasks based on capabilities; teams built research swarms, agent marketplaces, and self-organizing support systems. emphasized there was no orchestrator or hidden manager.
Future focus: the official direction shifts from human-governed DAOs to autonomous communities coordinated by agents; ADIN will expand beyond venture capital into broader domains, using AI scouts and algorithmic capital allocation to reshape traditional fund models.
