About Tradable

Tradable is an asset tokenization platform focused on private credit. It converts private credit assets such as fintech senior secured loans, legal receivables, and music royalties into digital tokens on the blockchain. Its core value proposition is compliance: the platform enforces AML/KYC checks, investor eligibility rules, transfer restrictions, and automated capital call and distribution workflows through smart contracts. This addresses a key market pain point—traditional private credit is illiquid, opaque, and limited to large institutional investors. By tokenizing these assets, Tradable enables secondary market trading and broadens access while maintaining regulatory compliance.

In the past six months (March to September 2026), Tradable migrated approximately $1 billion in private credit assets from ZKsync to the Stellar network. This move aligns with Stellar's growing role in tokenized real-world assets, particularly among regulated financial institutions. As of August 2026, the platform reports $2.19 billion in represented asset value, 48 RWA counts, and 171 holders, reflecting steady growth. However, the migration itself carries technical and operational risks, including potential disruption to existing token holders and reliance on Stellar's infrastructure for continued compliance and settlement.
