About Temporal

Temporal (Tempo) has made significant strides in the past six months. On March 18, 2026, its payments-first Layer 1 mainnet went live, incubated by Stripe and Paradigm, with a validator set including Stripe, Visa, Zodia Custody, and MoneyGram. In early August, Tempo announced plans to support BRSRV, BlackRock's GENIUS-compliant money market fund, expanding its onchain yield offerings. On August 12, Tempo launched Tempo Earn, an embedded yield product for fintech platforms, with Deel as the first deployment, allowing contractors to earn rewards on dollar-backed balances. This product sources yield from tokenized money market funds, onchain lending, and institutional credit, navigating regulatory constraints. Looking ahead, Tempo's roadmap focuses on integrating BRSRV as a core asset type for Earn, expanding its yield infrastructure across more platforms, and strengthening its position as an institutional-grade liquidity layer for yield markets, with further development of its Zones privacy feature and validator ecosystem.
