Details

Silvermint is a blockchain network protocol built on a directed acyclic graph (DAG) and an asynchronous consensus protocol, designed to be fast, secure, and scalable for global-scale decentralized finance (DeFi) and applications. Its unique architecture leverages a DAG block structure and asynchronous consensus to address critical bottlenecks in performance and security faced by traditional blockchains. Silvermint supports a sharded architecture, allowing the network to process transactions in parallel across multiple shards, thereby increasing throughput. Its native programming language, Symmetry, features the Fω= type system and supports formal verification, providing a secure and efficient environment for smart contract development.
